Technochemistry

Organized by the TPRP-20-10k group of the 4th year of the educational program “Technology of Processing Industries” of the department “Technology and Food Safety” under the leadership of Ismatullaev Sattar Leskhanovich, the lesson “Technochemical control and accounting at bakery, confectionery and pasta enterprises” was held open for the purpose of summing up the results. 

The open lesson was held in a free format, organized by students. The purpose of this lesson was to awaken students' desire for knowledge in order to clearly express their thoughts with the group. The general lesson consisted of 3 stages. By completing tasks given at each stage, students became acquainted with a new aspect and revealed their creative abilities.

The open lesson helped develop students' speaking culture and improve their knowledge. Through group work, unity and organization among students was strengthened.

He received special praise after calculating the points for the lesson.
