Guest lecture about «Innovative Technologies of Pasta Production»

In order to support production and organize practice-oriented training, the department organizes guest lectures on the subjects studied. The guest lecture arouses great interest among students and takes place in the form of a useful dialogue. At the meeting, students can get the necessary practical information. Guest Lectures is a unique platform where speakers can share their valuable knowledge and unique experience.

 

On February 15, 2024, at the Department of « Food Safety and Technology «, a guest lecture was held for students of the educational program «Technology of processing industries» with the director of IP «Darkan Dala» Ernar Ilyasovich Zhumabekov.

 

Ernar Ilyasovich introduced students to the structure of the IP «Darken Dala», told about the main types of activities. During the lecture were considered the innovative technologies of pasta production, the scientific foundations of pasta production technology, the influence of the properties of the main and additional raw materials, as well as production parameters on the course of the technological process, the quality of semi-finished products and finished products. The features of the stages of kneading and pressing pasta dough, cutting, drying, cooling, stabilization and storage of pasta, as well as packaging methods are considered.
