Scientific internship

In the period from November 25 to December 6, in 2024, a scientific internship was held on the topic: «Methods of bioconversion of plant raw materials» d.t.s., docent of the Department of «Technologies for Storage and Processing of fruit and Vegetable and Crop Products» Federal State Budgetary educational Institution of Higher Education «Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy» named after K.A. Timiryazev Mustafina Anna Sabirdzyanovna at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University conducted on the basis of the department «Technology and Food Safety» under the leadership of Mamaeva Laura Asilbekovna.      

At the initial stage, a schedule of scientific internships was developed, agreed and approved by both sides. The following types of work were carried out: Discussion of new practical methods of bioconversion of resources from plant raw materials. Participation in laboratory research in the laboratories of the Kazakh-Japanese Innovation Center (KJIC); Reference Laboratory of dairy Products; Scientific and Educational Innovation Center for Food Technology and Quality.   

Attending lectures, master classes of KazNARU scientists: c.b.s., docent Mamaeva L.A., d.t.s., professor Ospanov A.A., d.b.s., professor Serikbayeva A.D., related to the topic of the internship.

Familiarization with the base of the International Research Center for Processing Industry Technology, head of the d.t.s., professor Ospanov Abdymanap Abubakirovich.

Familiarization with new practical methods of bioconversion of resources from plant raw materials; study of scientific and regulatory documentation for the production of fermented products from plant raw materials. To study the possibility of using new universal methods for determining quality using high-tech equipment: a low-noise diode-matrix detector SPD-M20A from Shimadzu on a column of Diasfer 110-C18 5mkm 4.6*250mm, and determination of the component amino acid composition of a soy drink. The material for the publication of the article and the patent has been prepared.

During the scientific internship, she visited the laboratories of the Kazakh National Research Institute of Food and Processing Industry (KazNRIFPI): Laboratory of Biotechnology of food quality and safety; Laboratory of technology of grain products and compound feeds; Laboratory of technology of processing and storage of livestock products; Laboratory of technology of processing and storage of crop products; Laboratory of technology of bakery production.

A meeting was held with Vice-rector for International Relations and Strategic Development, PhD, professor Abazov Rafis Fanisovich, and dean of the Faculty of Engineering Technologies, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, associate professor Aldibaeva Lazzat Turgynbaevna.

The programs and scientific directions of the Russian State Agrarian University-Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev were presented. Agreements have been reached on the promotion of priority scientific areas and training for the food industry. The sides exchanged views, discussed issues related to bilateral cooperation, especially on strengthening bilateral scientific ties, outlined common ways of cooperation in the field of joint scientific research, internships, advanced training and others.
