WINNERS OF THE “SPORT – THE PEAK OF PERFECTION” TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCED

On December 2, 2025, Abai University successfully hosted the volleyball tournament “Sport – The Peak of Perfection,” dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayuly.

Teams from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, the "Burevestnik" coaching staff, the Kazakh National Women's University, and the combined team of Abai University took part in the event. The participants demonstrated an intense and exciting game, offering spectators truly memorable moments.

Throughout the competition, the players showcased their skills, strong team spirit, and high level of professional training. Each team enhanced the competitive atmosphere and delivered an impressive performance.

As a result, Meruert Shekeevna Tuyakbayeva, Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, earned a prize place and was additionally awarded the “Best Defender” nomination for her outstanding professionalism and quick reaction.

The tournament contributed to improving participants’ athletic skills, strengthening cooperation among universities, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
