KazNARU Presents Innovative Ai-Kun Multigrain Pasta at Halal Expo-2025 in Istanbul
✅ On November 26, 2025, the International Halal Expo-2025 opened in Istanbul, bringing together producers, scientists, and business representatives from various countries.
✅ At this venue, the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) showcased multigrain pasta products under the brand Ai-Kun, developed at the Research Center for Food and Processing Technology of the Department of Food Technology and Safety.
✅ The development was carried out by Professor Abdymanap Abubakirovich Ospanov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Aigul Kulakhmetovna Timurbekova, Candidate of Technical Sciences, and PhD Dulat Beibituly Zhalelov. The product is based on the use of non-traditional cereal raw materials and reflects modern approaches to healthy and functional nutrition.
✅ Currently, Ai-Kun pasta is undergoing the Halal certification process at the reputable Turkish organization Gimdes, which will be an important step for entering international markets and strengthening consumer trust.
✅ Participation in Halal Expo-2025 provides KazNARU with the opportunity to expand professional contacts, find new partners, and showcase the developments of Kazakh scientists and producers on a prestigious international platform. Such exhibitions promote domestic brands, enhance export potential, and strengthen Kazakhstan’s image as a country with a strong scientific and technological base in the food industry.
