Kazakh National Agrarian Research University topped the ranking of Kazakhstani universities (IQAA-Ranking)

The Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education – Rating (IQAA-Ranking) presented the results of the National Ranking of leading universities in Kazakhstan – 2025.

The rating is based on an analysis of academic statistical indicators, expert assessments and a survey of employers.

The methodology for calculating the institutional rating is based on five components: the first component (questionnaire No. 1) is an assessment of the quality of the university's academic resources; the second component (questionnaire No. 2) is an expert assessment of the quality of university activities; the third component (questionnaire No. 3) is an assessment of university activities based on a sociological survey of employers and government agencies; the fourth component (questionnaire No. 4) is an assessment of university activities based on a sociological survey of students; The fifth component (questionnaire No. 5) is an assessment of the activities of universities based on a sociological survey of graduates.

As a result of such a comprehensive assessment, KazNARU took the first place among technical universities in the national ranking of the best universities in Kazakhstan.

This year, 30 universities in six categories participated in the institutional ranking.: multidisciplinary, technical, humanitarian, economic, pedagogical, medical and a new category – universities of art and sports.
