On May 13, 2025, a training seminar entitled «Efficient Use of Innovative Technologies and Technical Equipment in the Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC Cooperation)» was held at the State Institution «Department of Agriculture of the Esil District» in Esil, Akmola Region.
Seminar conducted by: Khalit Mamedovich Gasanov — Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
The lecture addressed the following issues:
- Dissemination of accumulated knowledge and experience in the effective use of innovative technologies and machinery in agricultural production;
- Achievement of learning outcomes by farmers and AIC specialists based on the knowledge gained during the seminar;
- Demonstration of the advantages of innovative technologies and equipment compared to existing methods;
- Explanation of methods and approaches for achieving the set objectives;
- Consideration of ways to implement research results into production depending on climatic conditions and other influencing factors.
The practical part of the seminar continued with a visit by participants to the demonstration site of «Mergen» farm.
Following the seminar, participants completed knowledge assessment tests, discussed the lecture topics, filled out feedback questionnaires, and were awarded certificates.
