Processing of crop and livestock products

On October 23, 2024, a training seminar was held in Almaty, Abai Avenue 28 on the topic: "Deep processing of multi-slag raw materials - the basis of functional nutrition" (Processing of crop and livestock products).
The theoretical part of the seminar consisted of one educational lecture with the involvement of a scientist from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University: 
Lecture - "Deep processing of multi-slag raw materials is the basis of functional nutrition", lecturer Ospanov Abdymanap Abubakirovich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. 
The topic of the lecture reveals the following questions:
1. To benefit or profit from the invested funds, for example, from investing in a plant for the production of whole-ground flour from cereals and legumes or in a workshop for the production of pasta from multi-slag raw materials, etc.
2. Development of technology for the production of multi-slag composite flour.
3. Development of technology for the production of multi-slag pasta. 

The practical part of the seminar consisted of a visit by the participants to the demonstration site at the Research Center "Technology of International Processing Production"
. The seminar participants were provided with meals in the form of a coffee break.
According to the results of the seminar, testing of the acquired knowledge, discussion of lecture topics, questionnaires and presentation of certificates were conducted.
