Guest lecture by a graduate of the Department of Technology and Food Safety
On February 28, 2024, our next guest was our graduate from the educational program “Technology of Processing Industries” Askarova Togzhan. Who is now a functional nutritionist, a promoter of a healthy lifestyle, a 7-year-old information blogger-television expert on healthy eating, food safety, author of the courses “Baby Nutrition”, “Anti-Age”, “Immuno +”, Master of Technical Sciences of KazNARU, graduate of the Russian University of Educational Medicine. She shared a lot of useful tips, debunked several persistent myths about food, and sorted out the pros and cons of the most common diets. She also told how she achieved her success as a process technology technologist, and what practical steps can be taken to achieve her goals.
Students actively discussed the issues raised in this lecture, asked questions that interested them, to which Togzhan Askarova gave comprehensive answers.
