Achievements of KazNARU scientists in food technology demonstrated in Japan.
Relations of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University with the world's leading research organizations have reached a new level in recent years. The best innovative achievements and projects of University scientists in the field of research also attract the attention of the international scientific community.
Professor of the Department of "Technology and safety of food products" KazNARU Asiya Serikbayeva attended in the "Foodteach" Japan Tokyo 2023, which was held from December 6 to 8 in the capital of Japan, having received a positive assessment from the organizers of the exhibition and international experts.
"Foodteach" Japan Tokyo 2023 exhibition is professor Asia's leading business platform in the field of food technology and automation of enterprises (including food production, restaurants and cafes). The annual event feature 3,800 stands from 90 countries and more than 3,500 exhibits. Japan is considered the most advanced country with a developed economy, which buys 60% of food products from Asian countries through imports.
In the Kazakhstan Pavilion of the exhibition, we presented innovative projects of the Department of "Technology and safety of food products" KazNARU in this direction, which aroused the interest of scientists and business partners from Japan and other countries. We are very grateful to the university management for their support in participating in such a large international exhibition," says Professor Asiya Serikbayeva.
Within the framework of the exhibition, conferences on about 80 different topics were organized with the participation of leading scientists and business circles in the field of food technology.
