Guest lecture at the Department of Technology and Food Safety
Today, on December 4, 2023, a guest lecture on the topic was held at the Department of "Technology and Food Safety" of KazNARU for students of the educational programs "Technology of food products", "Technology of processing industries": "Technologies for processing meat production waste" by Candidate of Technical Sciences Kenenbai Gulmira Serikkyzy from KazNIIPPP.As part of the guest lecture, information was provided on technologies for processing raw materials left over from animal slaughter, as well as on the technology of producing meat products from offal of the first category.
