Evaluation of the University curriculum by FAO specialists (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations)
From September 18 to 19, 2023, Maripa Kichinebatyrova, FAO Antimicrobial Resistance Specialist and Madina Abdugalimova, National Coordinator of the FAO Antimicrobial Resistance project in Kazakhstan, evaluate the university curriculum based on the results of training related to antimicrobial resistance, based on Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) poses a threat to humans, animals, plants and the environment.
On September 18, FAO specialists made a presentation of the project to the heads of departments and discussed further joint work. During the visit, familiarization work was carried out with educational and production centers and educational and scientific laboratories.
On September 19, it is planned to conduct a survey of students and teaching staff. The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the curriculum, identify weaknesses and make recommendations for improvement.
