KazNARU STUDENTS DISCUSS AGRIBUSINESS, FINANCE AND LAW
Today, KazNARU hosted an engaging meeting between students of the Higher School of Business and Law and economist, PhD, and former Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VIII convocation, Daulet Mukayev.
The main topic of the meeting was “Agricultural Specialisation: From Agribusiness to Finance, from Law to Management.” The students received detailed information about current opportunities in the agricultural sector and key areas for professional development.
Particular attention was paid to financial and legal literacy, which are essential for students in their everyday lives and future professional careers. The discussion covered effective personal financial management, income and expense planning, responsible approaches to credit obligations, informed decision-making regarding savings and investments, as well as understanding rights and responsibilities in employment and entrepreneurial relations.
During the meeting, Daulet Mukayev highlighted the importance of improving financial literacy and shared practical advice on preventing fraud, identifying suspicious offers, and ensuring financial security.
“Everything, first and foremost, comes down to life experience. I often rely on practice rather than theory alone. Life brings different situations, and experience helps us deal with them. That is why I tell students to see things as they are and learn to accept the different moments that life brings,” said Daulet Mukayev.
Throughout the meeting, students asked questions of interest to them and gained practical insights into agribusiness, finance, law, and management.
The informative lecture enabled students to connect their theoretical knowledge with practical experience and broaden their professional outlook.
