KAZNARU DISCUSSES THE RESULTS OF THE KURYLTAY ELECTIONS
Today, the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University hosted a round table titled “Kuryltay: Public Trust and Responsibility”, dedicated to discussing the results of the elections.
The participants reviewed the results of the elections to the Kuryltay of the Republic of Kazakhstan held on August 23, as well as key issues related to the formation of the new unicameral Kuryltay and its future activities.
The round table was moderated by Asima Yeralieva, Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Affairs. The event brought together faculty deans, heads of departments, academic and teaching staff, researchers, and students.
Particular attention was paid to civic responsibility, social harmony and unity, as well as the role of the Kuryltay in strengthening dialogue between society and the state.
Presentations on the topic were delivered by Galina Ksenzhik, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor; Akmaral Kozhabekova, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor; and Gulmira Davletova, Associate Professor.
Tastanbek Ataqulov, Professor of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, also shared his views, emphasizing the importance of civic engagement and responsibility.
During the discussion, participants provided an expert assessment of the election results and exchanged views on the role of the new Kuryltay in society and its responsibility to citizens.
