KazNARU GRADUATE APPOINTED TO PUBLIC SERVICE WITHOUT COMPETITION DUE TO EXCELLENT ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
A graduate of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Amanheldi Zhadyra Talgatovna, has been appointed to the public service without competition thanks to her excellent academic performance at the university.
In 2026, Zhadyra Amanheldi graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University with a degree in “Forest Resources and Forestry.” Based on the recommendation of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Akmola Region, the young specialist was appointed Chief Specialist of the Office of the Akim of Aksuat Village, Ereymentau District.
This appointment is a direct result of her strong academic performance and professional training during her university studies.
One of the main requirements for entering the public service without competition is employment within one year after graduating from a higher education institution and having a GPA of at least 3.33 in the diploma. In addition, the graduate’s field of study must correspond to the qualification requirements of the position.
The opportunity for appointment without competition is provided for a number of administrative public positions in districts and cities of regional significance, except for regional centers, as well as non-managerial positions in the offices of akims of villages, settlements, and rural districts.
