KazNARU Took Part in the Career Guidance Event “Profession Fair”

On November 18, 2025, at the initiative of the Almaty City Education Department, a large-scale career guidance event — the “Profession Fair” — was organized for 9th and 11th grade students. The main purpose of the event was to help future graduates choose their career path, provide comprehensive information about higher education institutions, and guide students based on their interests and abilities.

The event was held in the conference hall of Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 65 and became a major platform of opportunities for schoolchildren. Leading universities of the city participated in the fair, presenting their educational programs, study advantages, scholarship opportunities, international projects, and various support measures for students.

The Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), a national leader in the field of education, was among the active participants. University representatives provided students with detailed information about major academic programs and opportunities, as well as research institutes, dual education options, international partnerships, modern laboratories, and training facilities.

During the event, Dinara Nusipovna Bekbayeva, Leading Specialist of the KazNARU Admissions Office, and Assel Batyrkhanovna Abisheva, Principal of School-Gymnasium No. 65, signed a cooperation agreement. This agreement strengthens educational collaboration between the two institutions and opens the door for joint projects.

The meeting gave students the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers regarding the specifics of various professions, study formats, future employment prospects, and labor market demands. Such open dialogue made a significant contribution to students’ career orientation.

The “Profession Fair,” organized by the Almaty City Education Department, became an important step for young people in planning their future.
