Career Guidance – an Important Component of KazNARU’s Modern Educational Activities
The main task of the university’s teaching staff is the development and implementation of new forms of career guidance among high school graduates. In this regard, the university carries out work in various directions: primarily, this involves working with 11th-grade students of general education schools; cooperation with employers; participation in job fairs and Open House Days; and conducting career guidance through students, master's, and PhD students of the university.
On May 31, 2025, in the village of Shamalgan, Almaty region, at the Bukharbaikyzy School, university staff, doctoral and master’s students held a meeting with the school’s graduates.
We were pleased to talk about the professions offered at our university, their demand in the labor market, and the employment of our graduates; about the domestic and international partners the university cooperates with; about social support for students (scholarships, free transportation, meals); about our highly qualified teaching staff; the availability of dual-degree programs, a military department, and the opportunity to receive a second diploma and military rank.
Thus, on this day, students learned about the available academic programs, and school graduates were provided with informational materials, including admission rules, brochures, and prospectuses.
Videos about KazNAIU were also distributed. The main goal of career guidance events is to spark interest and encourage the desire for knowledge in students based on their personal interests, aspirations, and inner world.
Our goal is to attract students who are firmly determined in their choice of future profession and place of study!
