National Ranking of Demand for Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan – 2025 (according to IAAR)

Based on the results of the Independent Rating of Demand for Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan-2025, conducted by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR), the best higher education institutions in Kazakhstan have been identified.

Kazakh National Agrarian Research University entered the top best universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan-2025, taking 6th place.

Rankings of higher education institutions are an integral component of the national educational environment. For the global academic community, they are becoming increasingly important, as they affect the quality of education and arouse great interest in society.

The rating included higher education institutions of various fields: multidisciplinary, technical, agricultural, humanitarian and economic, medical, pedagogical, as well as art universities, which indicates a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to the assessment of educational organizations.

In 2025, the number of educational programs assessed reached 1650.

According to the results of the Independent Rating of Demand for Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following groups of educational programs of our university took leading positions:

1st place:

2. B082 Water Resources and Water Use;

3. B083 Veterinary;

4. M133 Forestry;

5. M137 Water Resources and Water Use;

6. D130 Standardization, Certification and Metrology (by industry);

7. D132 Animal production;

8. D137 Water Resources and Water Use;

9. D135 Power supply of agriculture.

2nd place:

1. B077 Crop Production;

2. В183Agroengineering;

3. M131 Crop Production;

4. М132 Animal production;

5. М136 Agricultural machinery and technologies;

6. M138 Veterinary;

7. D070 Economics;

8. D131 Crop Production;

9. D133 Forestry;

10. D136 Motor Vehicles;

11. D138 Veterinary.

3rd place:

1. B068 Food production;

2. B079 Forestry;

3. D128 Land management.

Our university also became a leader in the areas of “Agriculture and Bioresources” and “Veterinary”.

In addition, within the framework of the Independent Rating of Demand for Universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rating of teachers of universities of Kazakhstan "TOP-50" was determined. The TOP-50 included Professor of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University Tabynov Kaisar Kazybaevich - Director of the International Center for Vaccinology.
