Gulnar Turganbaeva was born on September 29, 1970 in the village of Zhankozha batyr, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region. He currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Biological Safety at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zoo Engineering. Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (Almaty, pr. Abaya, 28).
