Relevance
The urgency of the project is due to the need to ensure reliable and safe water supply to the population, especially in rural and remote areas where mine wells remain the main source of drinking water. During operation, soil and silt deposits, foreign objects and biological contamination accumulate in wells, which leads to a deterioration in water quality, a decrease in flow rate and sanitary safety.
Existing cleaning methods are characterized by high labor intensity, low efficiency and a significant proportion of manual labor. In this regard, the development of a pneumatic-hydraulic sediment washing method and the creation of a mobile installation for comprehensive cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of water lifting equipment are timely and in demand, as they can increase work efficiency, reduce operating costs and ensure the safety of personnel.
Aim
Research on the pneumatic-hydraulic washing method and the removal of soil deposits during the cleaning of shaft wells, as well as the development of an experimental model of a mobile unit for performing technological processes
Expected and Achieved Results 1. Development of design documentation for the production of an experimental model of a mobile unit for cleaning and disinfecting shaft wells and servicing lifting equipment using hydraulic and clamshell methods for removing soil deposits and foreign objects. 2. Construction of a stand-alone shaft well for conducting factory tests to eliminate deficiencies in the design of the main working components of the mobile unit for cleaning and disinfecting shaft wells. 3. Manufacture of an experimental model of a mobile unit for cleaning and disinfecting shaft wells and servicing lifting equipment. 4. Adjustment of the design documentation for the experimental model of the mobile unit for cleaning and disinfecting shaft wells and servicing lifting equipment based on testing results. 5. Publication of research results at an international conference in Bulgaria. 6. Publication of 2 (two) articles in peer-reviewed foreign or domestic publications recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. 7. Based on the results of the adjustment of the design documentation, manufacture the experimental model and conduct factory and operational tests. 8. Publish 3 (three) articles in peer-reviewed scientific publications indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded database of Web of Science and/or with a percentile in CiteScore in the Scopus database of at least 50 (fifty). 9. Prepare a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) based on the implementation of the project – Äuelbek Ermek and/or Ordataev Darkhan. 10. Obtain 1 patent for the invention, including a positive decision on it. Information for Potential Users The mobileinstallation under development for cleaning and disinfection of mine wells using pneumatic-hydraulic, hydraulic and grab methods is designed for complex technological operations to restore the operability of water intake facilities and maintenance of water lifting equipment. The installation will allow users to increase the reliability of mine wells operation, extend the service life of water lifting equipment and ensure stable quality of water supply. Project Team
