About the project
Relevance
Creation of a new cheap non-traditional type of fertilizers based on zeolite from the Shankanai deposits and ammophos to increase crop productivity and maintain a favorable environmental situation in the region.
Goal
To develop methods for increasing the productivity of vegetable crops and preserving the fertility of dark chestnut soils in the southeast of Kazakhstan through the use of nanomodified zeolite fertilizer.
Expected and achieved results
Results achieved:
- for 2022: the structure and physicochemical properties of nanomodified zeolite fertilizer were studied; the elements of fertility of the initial state of dark chestnut soils of the south-east of Kazakhstan were studied; The effect of nanomodified zeolite fertilizer on the growth and development, yield and quality (dry matter, sugar, vitamin C, nitrates, heavy metals) of vegetable crops under the conditions of a vegetative experiment was studied.
- for 2023: the effect of nanomodified zeolite fertilizer on the agrophysical, agrochemical, biological properties of dark chestnut soil after the completion of the growing season was studied; the effect of nanomodified fertilizer on the basic properties of the fertility of dark chestnut soil under vegetable crops and the chemical composition of vegetable crops under field experiment conditions was studied; qualitative indicators (dry matter, sugar, vitamin C, nitrates, heavy metals) of the studied vegetable crops were determined using nanomodified zeolite fertilizer; 1 (one) article and (or) review has been published in a peer-reviewed scientific publication in the scientific direction of the project, indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded of the Web of Science database and (or) having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 35 (thirty-five).
Expected results:
- for 2024: the effect of nanomodified zeolite fertilizer on the main properties of soil fertility (agrochemical, agrophysical and biological indicators) under vegetable crops and the chemical composition of plants of the studied crops will be studied for the main phases of vegetation under field experiment conditions; the influence of the effect of nanomodified fertilizer on the yield and quality (dry matter, sugar, vitamin C, nitrates, heavy metals) of vegetable products will be established; an economic assessment of the recommended vegetable nutrition system will be given; a recommendation on the cultivation of safe vegetable products for agricultural producers in the south-east of Kazakhstan and an act of introduction into production will be drawn up; 1 (one) article will be published in a peer-reviewed domestic publication recommended by COXON and 1 (one) article and (or) review in a peer-reviewed scientific publication in the scientific direction of the project, indexed in the Science Citation Index Expanded of the Web of Science base and (or) having a percentile by CiteScore in the Scopus database at least 35 (thirty-five) and a final report has been prepared;
