About the project
Relevance
Currently, the imperfection of the elements of intensive agriculture, due to the significant expenditure of energy resources for the production of a unit of production, the negative consequences of a sharp reduction in the species and varietal diversity of cultivated plants, increased environmental and genetic vulnerability of intensive agrocenoses and agroecosystems, significantly increased danger of pollution and destruction of the natural environment, has become pronounced. In this regard, it is relevant to maintain an organic farming system in order to increase fertility, protect the environment, obtain organic clean products and increase the productivity of agricultural production.
The purpose of the project
Scientific and practical substantiation of green technologies using organic fertilization and biofertilizers, providing an increase in soil fertility and obtaining ecologically clean crop products.
Achieved results
Application of green technologies provided good morphobiological indicators of maize productivity formation, high grain yield. A certain increase in the growing period of maize depending on the applied means of biologisation was noted.
The activation of the microbiological activity of the soil environment as a result of the annual application of biological agents is marked by the increase in the number of bacteria and mycelial fungi, the number of bacteria using organic and inorganic forms of nitrogen and cellulose-destroying actinomycetes.
The use of organic, biofertilisers and biopreparations stabilised the processes of nitrogen immobilisation in the soil, as evidenced by the mineralisation coefficients (Mc=KAA\/MPA), which were at the level of 0.56-0.69, compared to the value of 0.54 in the control variant. The transformation coefficient of organic matter (Pm=(MPA+CAA) x (MPA\/CAA)) was also high in the variants with biological agents.
The enzymatic activities of catalase, peroxidase and urease were confirmed by their quantification.
The application of organic fertilisers, biofertilisers and biopreparations had a positive effect on the air, thermal and water regimes of the soil, as well as on agrochemical indicators, allowing an increase in organic matter, humus, ammonium nitrogen and mobile P2O5.

Information for potential users
The implementation of this project will optimize the water-physical properties of the soil and increase its microbiological activity, ensure the accumulation of biogenic soil fertility resources for a deficiency-free balance of humus and mineral nutrition elements, strengthen phytosanitary and environmental functions by reducing the contamination of crops and reducing the spread of plant diseases, etc. All this will increase crop yields, produce environmentally friendly products, increase soil fertility and agricultural land productivity.
