KazNARU STUDENTS WILL COMPLETE INTERNSHIP IN GERMANY
German scientific organization "APOLLO e. V." organizes an internship for KazNARU students in Germany on a free basis (students’ expenses for travel, accommodation, German language training, visa support are covered by the organization).
This was stated by representatives of APOLLO e. V." Katharina Klein and Johann Görzen, presenting an interesting program to the students.
At the opening of the event, the Executive Director for Academic Affairs - Vice-Rector Aitzhan Abdyrov and the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development Rafis Abazov made a welcoming speech.
The main purpose of the trip is to familiarize ourselves with and implement the first stage of the Internship Program, which will include:
• consultation of students on the Internship Program,
• selection interviews with willing candidates.
Within 14 days after interviews with candidates, 15 students will be selected, who will then be trained in preparatory courses for internships in Germany. The course will be held at KazNARU for 6 weeks from March 25 to May 3, 2024 with the teacher “APOLLO e. V.".
The program is open to all students who have completed 4 semesters (2 academic courses) of a bachelor’s degree at the start of the internship and the 1st academic year of a master’s degree is counted as the 4th year of study.
The practical internship is planned from June 7 to September 1, 2024 on farms in the federal state of Brandenburg (Germany) and includes three educational seminars. Accommodation, food and other necessities are provided by the host farms.
Each trainee will be assigned a mentor who will guide and support him.
Organization "APOLLO e. V." is the Association for Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture, Ecology and Rural Development in Eastern Europe.
The purpose of APOLLO e.V. is to support the agricultural sector and rural areas in Eastern Europe, which play an important role in the development of civil society and politics in these countries.
Organization "APOLLO e. V." has about 70 members and volunteers working on a voluntary basis. Place of practice: agricultural enterprises of the Federal Republic of Germany. The program is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Infrastructure of the Federal State of Brandenburg (MIL).
