According to the results of scientific and pedagogical activity, Damir Mikdatovich Khusainov, professor of the Department of Biological Safety of KazNAIU, became the winner of the competition for the title of "MAN OF THE YEAR 2023 of NEW KAZAKHSTAN".
Khusainov D.M. has been working at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University since 1987, where he teaches various veterinary disciplines to students, undergraduates and doctoral students.
During his scientific and pedagogical activity, D.M. Khusainov became a laureate of the Republican Shapagat competition in the nomination "The most active inventor", the holder of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The best University teacher", according to the results of the Kazakhstan Rating Agency (NAAR) entered the TOP 50 teaching staff of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To date, he is the author of 900 scientific and pedagogical works and more than 300 patents for inventions and utility models, the results of which are used in the production of veterinary immunobiological drugs. 
Khusainov D.M. is actively engaged in improving the scientific qualifications of young people. So, during the current academic year, students and undergraduates under his leadership have repeatedly participated in conferences and competitions, where they won prizes.
In the scientific field, D.M. Khusainov participates in the management and implementation of scientific projects, grant competitions, and the publication of articles with a high impact factor.
Khusainov D.M. enjoys authority among the staff of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, provides assistance to young teachers in improving their scientific and pedagogical qualifications.
