KAZNARU IS A THE FIRST UNIVERSITY IN THE ALMATY CITY THAT FULLY PROVIDED ITS STUDENTS WITH DORMITORY

On December 22, 2023, the grand opening of student dormitory No. 3 and the Central Stadium of the University took place at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. 

✅  The event was attended by the legendary veteran of Kazakh football Kuralbek Ordabaev, the head of the Almaty Olympic Training Center, Olympic champion Ermakhan Ibraimov, the IBO world boxing champion in the junior welterweight Zhankosh Turarov and the management of investor companies.

✅ Another good news is that, on the basis of a cooperation agreement with Kazakh-Stroy LLP, for the first time in 30 years, construction of a new 9-story student dormitory with 450 places has begun. A medical center for students will be built at the dormitory. The investment volume is more than 2.3 billion tenge. 

✅  As a result, KazNARU became the first university in Almaty that fully provided its students with places in dormitories.

During the event, the head of the construction company solemnly presented the symbolic key to the renovated stadium to the captain of the KazNARU football team.

✅ Construction of the stadium was carried out by IP “Korkem” in record time – in five months. For the modernization of the Central Stadium, funds in the amount of 150 million tenge were raised from the private investor Atlant Systems LLP.

✅  This will give a good impetus to the development of sports among student youth. Playing sports will not only improve the health of young people, but perhaps future Olympic champions will grow here in the future.
