COOPERATION BETWEEN THE BORDER SERVICE AND KAZNARU

Professional development - training of a specialist in special educational programs for the productive performance of their activities and professional development. In this regard, teachers of the Department of Obstetrics, Surgery and Reproduction Biotechnology of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor M. N. Julanov, Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Professor K. A. Orynkhanov and senior lecturer S. Khizat in the period from March 27 to April 01 conducted a field internship in the training cavalry group "Tekeli" of the Panfilov district of the Department of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Zhetysu region for military veterinarians under the educational program "Artificial insemination of horses and treatment of surgical pathology".

In an article by the war correspondent T. Dauletbaeva for the newspaper "OTAN SAQSHYSY", who closely followed the internship for advanced training among border veterinary workers, "A group of scientists from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University took part in the event, who gave lectures and conducted a master class for specialists. It is worth noting that thanks to the Chairman of the Board – Rector of this university, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akylbek Kurishbayev, the development of partnership between the University and the Border Service has been put on one step, "said the deputy head of the Border Department for the Panfilov district, Lieutenant Colonel M. Tleukenov about the event organized for the first time in the border guard service of the National Security Committee, as well as continuing the interview: "Our goal in conducting today's internship is to improve the quality of training of riding horses needed by the border guard service and to achieve new young animals fully responsible for the activities of border guards through artificial insemination. To do this, scientists led by Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Mardan Nurmukhambetovich Julanov not only gave lectures to our specialists, but also showed a lot in practice. In particular, scientists have taught to use modern equipment for artificial insemination of service horses, as well as to carry out surgical procedures"- quotes the leadership of the border service.

Certificates of internship for advanced training were presented to military veterinarians by PhD, Professor Dzhulanov Mardan Nurmukhamedovich, and on behalf of the university, a letter of thanks was presented to the director of the Border Service of the National Security Service, Lieutenant General E. Aldazhumanov and the head of the Department for the Zhetysu region, Colonel M. Narbaev for his contribution to the development of mutual cooperation.

In conclusion, we are confident that cooperation between the Border Service of the Panfilov district, subordinate to the Department of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Zhetysu region and the University will continue.
