XV Republican Student subject Olympiad in the disciplines of Agriculture and Plant growing

On April 27-28, 2023, the XV Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the disciplines of "Agriculture" and "Plant Growing" was held at the Department of "Agronomy, Breeding and Biotechnology" of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Faculty of Agrobiology. This year, 29 best students of 11 universities of the Republic took part in the Olympiad.

The Olympiad began with a presentation of students about their Universities, specialties of study, which was estimated at 10 points.

The Olympiad was held in two stages, at the 1st stage, students participating in the Olympiad completed 30 test tasks in 50 minutes in the disciplines of "Crop Production" and "Agriculture". Each of the test tasks was estimated at 1 point.

At the second stage, situational tasks in the disciplines of "Crop production" and "Agriculture" were performed for 1.5 hours. Situational tasks consisted of 2 theoretical and 2 tasks, answers to theoretical tasks were evaluated with 20 points. The answers to the tasks were estimated at 40 points. The total score for the second stage of situational tasks was 60 points.

The XV Republican Student Subject Olympiad was a success. The students participating in the Olympiad prepared with great responsibility, in connection with which the students' work was evaluated with an appropriate score.

According to the final decision of the jury, the winners of the individual competition were the following students of the educational program 6B08101 - Agronomy:

The first place went to the 3rd year student of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University Amanzholova Daria Nurbekovna, who scored 97 points;

The second place was taken by the 3rd-year student of the North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybayev Eslyam Tulebekke, who scored 93 points;

The second place went to the 3rd year student of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin Tursynbekov Alibi Galymbekovich, who scored 92 points;

The third place went to the 3rd year student of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University Zhaksylyk Aydana Nurbolatovna, who scored 90 points;

The third place went to the 3rd-year student of the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov Bondaruk Dmitry Vladimirovich, who scored 87 points;

The third place went to the 3rd-year student of the Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov, Solomka Elenaya Andreevna, who scored 86 points.
