RESCUERS: GUARDIANS OF LIFE AND HOPE

Kazakh National Agrarian Research University held a celebration entitled “Rescuers: Guardians of Life and Hope” to mark Rescuers’ Day. The event brought together first- to fourth-year students enrolled in the Environmental Protection and Life Safety programme, along with teaching staff from the Department of Agricultural Machinery and Technologies at the Faculty of Engineering Technologies.

The event highlighted the importance of the rescue profession, honoured the work of emergency services personnel and promoted a culture of safety among young people.

The programme featured a video showcasing rescuers’ daily work and acts of heroism. Students also presented a stage performance portraying the courage and professionalism of those who save lives.

An educational competition entitled “Safety Saves Lives” gave students an opportunity to test their knowledge of emergency procedures. Practical demonstrations covered first aid techniques and fire safety requirements.

The celebration continued with patriotic songs and creative performances by students. Participants expressed their gratitude to rescuers for their dedicated service and extended their best wishes.
