On August 38, 2026, at 11:00 а.m., a dissertation defense was held at the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D073 Architecture and Construction, established at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.

Timur Rafikov defended her dissertation entitled «Improving the geoinformation database for the rational management of land resources on the example of the East Kazakhstan region», submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) under the educational program 8D07308 – Land Management.
Based on Protocol №. 7 of the Dissertation Council in the field study 8D073 Architecture and Construction, it was resolved to award  Timur Rafikov the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
