On June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., dissertation defenses were held at the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, established at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
Aigerim Jantassova, with the dissertation topic “Introduction and Research of Leafy Cabbage Kale (Brassica oleracea var. sabellica) in the South-East of Kazakhstan,” and Alima Shoibekova, with the dissertation topic “Selection of Domestic Pumpkin Rootstocks Resistant to the Fusarium Pathogen for Grafting Cucumber Hybrids in Greenhouses,” defended their dissertations submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty / educational program 6D080900/8D08103 Horticulture.
Based on Protocols No. 5 and 6 of the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, it was resolved to award Aigerim Jantassova and Alima Shoibekova the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
