KazNARU IS ACTIVELY PREPARING FOR THE NAURYZ CELEBRATION
At the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), preparations for the Nauryz holiday — the Great Day of the Nation — are in full swing. The university’s Central Stadium has already transformed into a vibrant festive venue, where every corner reflects the spirit of hard work and anticipation.
Yurts have been set up in the ethno-village area, with ongoing interior decoration works. Through traditional ornaments, cultural elements, and festive compositions, the rich heritage and customs of the Kazakh people are vividly showcased. Students and faculty members are working together, paying attention to every detail to enhance the праздничную атмосферу.
Students are preparing traditional Nauryz dishes, including Nauryz kozhe, baking fresh baursaks, and other national delicacies that will enrich the festive table.
Sports grounds are being equipped for national games such as асык ату (traditional knucklebone game), archery, and Kazakh wrestling. All faculties are actively involved, contributing to the successful organization of the celebration.
