"Poetry – communication with eternity": an event dedicated to the 95th anniversary of M. Makataev

On February 09, 2026, Abdibek A. E., an assistant at the Department of Forest Resources, Hunting and Aquaculture, together with the curatorial group of the 2nd year of the OZ 24-23k educational program "Hunting and Animal Husbandry", held a literary and educational event "Poetry - communication with eternity", dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the cult personality of Kazakh poetry Mukagali Makatayev.

During the event, the participants traveled to the world of poetry, delved into the rich creative heritage of Mukagali Makatayev through the poet's songs that are close to his heart. It was especially noted that poetry is a spiritual force that educates the human soul, and Mukagali's poems are of eternal value.

The event was attended by the head of the Department of Forest Resources, Hunting and Aquaculture of our University, PhD Kopabayeva A. A., as well as teachers -Associate Professor Baybatshanov M. K., Masters of Agricultural Sciences Zhubanyshova A. T., Duissenbekova G. G., who shared their opinions and guided the youth and expressed their best wishes.
