Speaker: Prof. Dr. Aijaz A. Shaikh is a seasoned researcher and teacher based in Finland. Dr. Shaikh has published over 70 papers in Scopus-indexed journals, with over 5,000 citations and an h-index of 30. (Scopus H-Index = 24) His research network spans over 12 countries. Aijaz has extensive teaching experience in Europe (Finland, Spain), Africa (Tanzania), and Central Asia (Kazakhstan). He is an expert in using qualitative and quantitative analysis tools such as NVivo and SmartPLS. Currently, Dr. Shaikh is leading a three-year research project approved by the ministry in Kazakhstan focusing on implementing Blockchain technology in higher education institutions in Kazakhstan.
