The main purpose of the Advanced Training Office is to implement a system of measures to maintain a high level of education of the university staff and to improve the qualifications of agricultural producers and specialists in the field of agriculture in the Republic.

The main purpose of the Advanced Training Office is to implement a system of measures to maintain a high level of education of the university staff and to improve the qualifications of agricultural producers and specialists in the field of agriculture in the Republic.

The main activities of Advanced Training Office:
- Organization and holding of training seminars for young university teachers (intra-university);
- Execution of the budget allocated for advanced training of teaching staff and university staff, according to the approved schedule;
- Organization of advanced training courses in the profile of the disciplines taught;
- Advanced training of managers and specialists of the agricultural sector;
- Organization of advanced training courses for teaching staff of universities and colleges that train specialists in the field of agriculture.

Goal:
The strategic plan for the development of the university until 2024, as one of the key points aimed at improving the educational activities of the university, provides for bringing the share of teaching staff who have completed advanced training to 27%, including 2.2% abroad.
The priority activity of the Advanced Training Office is to solve the tasks of modernization in the organization of work to ensure the quality of advanced training, primarily of teaching staff and university staff, as well as employees of educational organizations and specialists of the agricultural sector of the Republic. These ideas are implemented by the staff of the Advanced Training Office, sending the teaching staff, the Department of Internal Affairs and the University staff to various educational institutions of the system of advanced training and professional retraining of personnel, to leading national and foreign universities, research centers, international organizations for training, internships, as well as in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Institute advanced training courses are organized according to the profile of the disciplines taught, at the expense of budget funds allocated for advanced training.

Development strategy:
In the strategic development plan, the Advanced Training Office fulfills the tasks set in the KazNARU Development Strategy until 2024 – the formation of teachers of a new formation who are fluent in modern information technologies in their professional scientific knowledge.
To achieve this indicator, Advanced Training Office employees plan to carry out the following activities: creating conditions for continuous professional development of employees in the field of quality management, mastering information technologies, developing legal, communicative and professional competence, concluding contracts with leading domestic and foreign universities and research institutes for joint professional development and retraining of personnel in a remote format etc.
Since the training of agricultural specialists is one of the priorities of the innovation sphere, KazNARU is aimed at forming an innovative infrastructure of various profiles of education and science, research and innovation centers, agroparks and technopolises, which are an intermediate link linking production, science and education. To this end, the University has the following international innovation centers and laboratories:
• Agrotechnological Hub;
• Kazakh-Japanese Innovation Center;
• Water Innovation Center (Water HUB);
• Scientific and Educational Innovation Center for Food Technology and Quality;
• Center for Sustainable Agriculture;
• Kazakh-Korean Center;
• Kazakh-Belarusian Innovative Agroengineering Center;
• Scientific Research Center "Horticulture and vegetable growing";
• Kazakhstan-Netherlands Center "Intensive Garden";
• International Innovative Center of Vaccinology;
• Educational and experimental farm "Agrouniversitet";
• Innovative greenhouse (Smart Greenhouse).
